I, Audrey McDonald Carney, live in the town of Shepherdsville, Kentucky. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University Southeast.
After experiencing the loss of three pregnancies (two by miscarriage and one by ectopic pregnancy), I began writing Holding on to Faith. I wrote initially as a healing process for my grief.
Later, through the encouragment of friends and colleagues, I decided to try and get my work published. I am grateful to Publish America for this opportunity, in hopes of giving a new resource to those who have expereinced the loss of their unborn child.
